I rented a lens from borrowlenses.com. It was an AF-S NIKKOR 85mm 1.8G and it was delivered today. If you read my other blog, you will already know about this week's event that I'm working, hence why I have the lens. I'm getting very comfortable with it. I may have to buckle down and save up to own it. It's so pretty! Here are some images taken with the lens. I'm loving the black and white lately, too. I'm also getting a little bit ahead of my 365. Is that good or bad?

I haven't posted here in just a little bit over a week. First week of August down and this is the first time I've brought the old gal out. I've been busy planning a shoot and shooting an event. Photos will of course get posted here, possibly as soon as tomorrow night. Magic hour shoot tomorrow with a model friend. I. Can't. Wait.
